Pastor Tom
Pastor Leonard (Tom) Thomas was ordained on May 5th at First Baptist Church of St. Pauls, NC. He continues his education, growing in faith, and knowledge about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Pastor Tom and his wife Traci joined Love Grove Baptist Church in June to help us grow our faith and Trust in Jesus Christ. If you do not have a home church family please join us at Love Grove Baptist Church as we worship God and seek new ways to serve Him (by being His Church and serving others).
For over one hundred years Love Grove Baptist Church in and through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit has been Christ driven to share the Good News of the Gospel and God's Love with the world. We believe the Bible is God's revelation of Himself to man. It has God for its author, salvation for its end, and truth, without any mixture of error for its matter. Therefore, "All Scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting, for training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work (2nd Timothy 3:16-17 NKJV).
At Love Grove Baptist Church one of our favorite saying's is "God is Good, All the Time; AND All the Time God is Good".
We testify to that fact seeking God's Will ministering to other's, teaching and preaching being diligent to present ourselves approved to God, workers who do not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (2nd Timothy 2:15).
